Shipping policy

Shipping Times & Costs:

We offer free worldwide express shipping through DHL on orders over £500. 

You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details once your order is in transit. 

Orders are processed and shipped from the UK on business days, excluding on local UK holidays. Clio Peppiatt cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of Clio Peppiatt. 

Please note that orders over 800 USD shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. A DHL representative will contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep; please reach out to orders@cliopeppiatt.co.uk if you are unsure about any communications you may have received from DHL and we will be happy to assist. 

Duties and Taxes: 

Orders are shipped from the UK.  

For orders outside of the UK, please be aware that duties and taxes are included in the product price shown on the website, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes. Please note that these charges are collected by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities and are not charged by Clio Peppiatt. 

Refused Delivery:

If an order is refused at delivery, you will not be refunded shipping costs nor any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
