Role Overview

The Customer Service Coordinator plays a key role in delivering Clio Peppiatt’s elevated, highly personalised client experience. This is a hands-on, customer-facing position, managing day-to-day customer communications both online and in person, supporting fittings, ​EIC clients and pop-up activity, and ensuring every interaction reflects the brand’s luxury standards.

Key Areas of Involvement

Customer Service & Communications

  • Act as the primary point of contact for customers across email, live chat, social channels and phone
  • Manage order-related enquiries including shipping, returns, exchanges and product information
  • Deliver warm, thoughtful and efficient service at every stage of the customer journey
  • Proactively communicate updates or changes to orders, maintaining trust and clarity


Client Experience & Fittings

  • Support in-person and virtual fittings, ensuring a seamless and polished experience
  • Welcome and assist showroom clients, maintaining a client-ready environment
  • Prepare garments and spaces in advance, anticipating client needs
  • Follow up with clients post-fitting with personalised communication

EIC, Personal Shopper & Pop-Up Support

  • Provide discreet, high-touch service to all EIC clients
  • Support personal shoppers and stylists with product knowledge and order coordination
  • Support on all pop-ups and temporary retail activations, including appointments, fittings, customer communications and aftercare
