Where can I buy Clio Peppiatt

Clio Peppiatt is sold exclusively at cliopeppiatt.co.uk and at selected international retailers; Net-a-Porter, Moda Operandi and Annie’s Ibizia. If you would like to have a private appointment to try on our pieces you can visit our London Atelier by booking an appointment.

Size & Fitting

How do I know what size I am?

Please refer to the size & fit tab of the garment you are interested in, as well as viewing our size chart. If you are between sizes and unsure, please contact orders@cliopeppiatt.co.uk for further guidance. Additionally, you are welcome to book an appointment at our London Atelier to try on select garments and accessories.

Do you offer alterations?

Yes, we offer custom alterations at an additional charge. Our offerings include: lengthening or shortening of dresses, removing cups, and closing the slit of our dresses. Please contact orders@cliopeppiatt.co.uk if you would like to discuss further.

Please note: there is a lead time of 12 weeks, as your dress will be made-to-order.

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return my order?

Please email orders@cliopeppiatt.co.uk to start your free exchange or return. Please note: shipping duties and taxes are not refunded.

Returns must be returned in the same packaging, including the white mailing box your order arrived in. 

Returns will only be accepted if you have received an authorised return label from our team. Our customer service will provide you with a postage label and you can organise the return of your purchase to your nearest DHL drop off point or collection.

How many days do I have to return?

All items bought must be returned new, unused and with tags attached within 14 days from the arrival of the order. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.

What about Personalised, Altered and Bespoke Items?

Due to the nature of these products, Personalised, Bespoke and Altered items are not eligible to be returned.

Can Preorder items be returned?

Pre-orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt or cancelled within three days of purchase.

What about faulty goods?

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.

How do I exchange my purchase?

Please contact orders@cliopeppiatt.co.uk if you would like to start an exchange. Your exchange has to be initiated within 14 days of receipt and abide by our returns policy.

Orders & Shipping

Do you offer free shipping?

Free standard national and international shipping is automatically included for all orders equal to or over the equivalent of £500 GBP. Find out more about our Shipping here.

What about duties & taxes?

Your total shipping charges including any duty and taxes are calculated based on your delivery address. We will always try to calculate a fully delivered price so you will never have to pay any additional charges when your order arrives. Duties and taxes will not be refunded with returns

When can I expect my pre-order to be dispatched?

You will receive your pre-order within 12 weeks from ordering. 

USA Territory - Why has DHL asked for my SSN?

Please note, as orders are shipped from the UK, orders over $2,500 USD may require further clearance via UPS on behalf of local Customs. This is a routine check completed on behalf of local Customs, and they may request your unique tax ID to verify you as the importer.
