We welcome walk-in appointments. If there are particular styles you would like to try on, please contact our team in advance at orders@cliopeppiatt.co.uk.
Clio Peppiatt is also stocked by selected international retailers.
Size & Fitting
How do I know what size I am?
Please refer to the size & fit tab of the garment you are interested in, as well as viewing our size chart. If you are between sizes and unsure, please contact orders@cliopeppiatt.co.uk for further guidance. Additionally, you are welcome to book an appointment at our London Atelier to try on select garments and accessories.
Do you offer alterations?
Yes, we offer custom alterations at an additional charge. Our offerings include: lengthening or shortening of dresses, removing cups, and closing the slit of our dresses. Please contact orders@cliopeppiatt.co.uk if you would like to discuss further.
Please note: there is a lead time of 12 weeks, as your dress will be made-to-order.
Returns & Exchanges
How do I return my order?
We offer free return shipping labels on all UK & International orders.
For returns or exchanges, please contact our team on orders@cliopeppiatt.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item.
Please note we are unable to accept returns requested more than 14 days from the date of delivery. All items must be returned new, unused and with tags attached, in the same packaging including the white mailing box your order arrived in. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
Refunds will only be granted once we have received your piece back to us in unused condition.
Due to the nature of Personalised, Bespoke and Altered items, they are not eligible to be returned.
Please note: Credit Notes are only valid for one year.
How many days do I have to return?
All items bought must be returned new, unused and with tags attached within 14 days from the arrival of the order. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer.
What about Personalised, Altered and Bespoke Items?
Due to the nature of Personalised, Bespoke and Altered items, they are not eligible to be returned.
Can Preorder items be returned?
Pre-orders can be returned within 14 days of delivery.
What about faulty goods?
Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.
How do I exchange my purchase?

Do you offer free shipping?
We offer free worldwide express shipping through DHL on all orders. All orders are shipped on a tracked service, you will receive tracking by email or by signing into your account.

What about duties & taxes?
For countries outside of the UK, please note that duties and taxes are included in the product price shown on the website. We currently offer duty drawback services exclusively in select regions. Eligible countries include Canada, Germany, France, Spain, Sweden, Ireland, Austria, Belgium, the Netherlands, and Monaco. For clients residing outside these countries, duty drawback is not available at this time, therefore the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes.
Please note that these charges are collected by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities and are not charged by Clio Peppiatt
When can I expect my pre-order to be dispatched?
You will receive your pre-order within 16 weeks from ordering.
USA Territory - Why has DHL asked for my SSN?
Please note, as orders are shipped from the UK, orders over $800 USD will require further clearance via DHL on behalf of local Customs. This is a routine check completed on behalf of local Customs, and they will request your unique tax ID to verify you as the importer.
