RETURNS & EXCHANGES TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please email orders@cliopeppiatt.co.uk within 14 days of receiving the item to start your exchange or return. We are unable to accept returns requested more than 14 days from the date of delivery. 

All items must be returned new, unused and with tags attached, in the same packaging including the white mailing box your order arrived in. Returns that do not meet our policy will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. 

For orders outside of the UK, please be aware that duties and taxes are included in the product price shown on the website, the refunded amount will be equal to the price paid at checkout less the import duties and taxes. Please note that these charges are collected by the Customer’s national tax/customs authorities and are not charged by Clio Peppiatt. 

Returns will only be accepted if you have received an authorised return label from our team. Our customer service will provide you with a free postage label and you can organise the return of your purchase to your nearest DHL drop off point.  

Refunds will only be granted once we have received your piece back to us in unused condition. 

Due to the nature of Personalised, Bespoke and Altered items, they are not eligible to be returned.
 

MADE-TO-ORDER & PRE-ORDER RETURNS POLICY

You will receive your pre-order within 12 weeks from ordering. Pre-orders can be returned within 14 days of receipt or cancelled within three days of purchase.

FAULTY GOODS

Goods are classified as faulty if they are not of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose or as described. Please note that items which are damaged or as a result of normal wear and tear; by accident; or through misuse will not be considered faulty. If your item is faulty when you receive it, you can return it for a refund within 14 days from the date you received it.

REPAIRS

We consider every Clio Peppiatt piece a lifetime investment. To help extend its life, we offer a repair service. 

How it works: 
 – Email clear photos of the damage to our customer service team. 
 – We’ll provide an initial quote based on the images. 
 – You cover shipping to and from our London studio. 
 – Upon receiving your item, we’ll confirm the final cost. 
 – Once repaired, we’ll return it using your provided return label.
