Clio Peppiatt designs are produced in limited quantities, reflecting our dedication to slow craftsmanship, thoughtful production, and true exclusivity. Once a style has sold out, select pieces become available through our pre-order service. This is an invitation to secure a piece created especially for you, a made-to-order expression of our craftsmanship. When a style is eligible, the “Pre-order” button will appear in place of “Add to cart,” allowing you to purchase and reserve your piece before it is individually brought to life.

Once your order is placed through our website, it enters our production schedule and is meticulously crafted to our exacting standards. This dedicated process requires time; please allow up to 16 weeks for delivery unless otherwise specified. The extended timeline reflects the artistry, precision, and intention behind each piece, ensuring it is worthy of the moment it arrives in your hands.

Throughout the process, your piece remains reserved exclusively for you. Pre-orders may be returned within 14 days of delivery.
